goods and apparel at a fair price!
1ST Place Sports will treat its customers with the respect
and dignity they rightfully deserve.  Customers will never be
surprised by hidden charges or fees.
We at 1ST PLACE SPORTS know firsthand how ordering new team uniforms, equipment, or even purchasing a spirit
T-shirts for the parent's group can be a source of added stress for administrators, coaches and team Moms.  You see,
1ST PLACE SPORTS is itself the product of two gentlemen with several years experience as coaches.  Owners Ty
Copeland and Sean McCormick have the football coaching fraternity to thank for the start-up of 1ST PLACE
SPORTS.  As members of the same coaching staff, the two created what is now 1ST PLACE SPORTS.  Ty, with
several years of school administrative experience, and Sean, with nearly two decades of media and marketing
experience (including nearly 10 years with consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble), bring the right combination of
first-hand knowledge to provide coaches, athletic administrators, and youth organizations the best service without
sacrificing quality.

1ST PLACE SPORTS provides expert customer service - whether you are beginning your first season as the
president of a youth sports organization, or are a high school Athletic Director looking for alternatives to make your
budget conscious board members smile.

Why No Prices?  1ST PLACE SPORTS has decided not to list prices on every product you see on this site - and for
some very good reasons.  While there are some items we will sell the same as any retailer, most of our business requires
minimum purchases.  In addition, most pricing on the Internet reflects the 'higher end' pricing.  We have researched this
and found it true in several areas of Internet sales.  When lower prices are listed on some sites, these are sometimes  
'bait-and-switch' tactics nearly always resulting in the client not getting that actual price.

As we are a Team Dealer, we do not want to appear as a 'retailer' who will sell 1 item at a time.  Our pricing structure
is done on a sliding scale.  For instance, a team purchasing 20 helmets will not see the same price break as a
team/organization purchasing 100 helmets.

Even though we are striving for a strong Internet presence, we want to speak personally with our clients.  We want to
be pro-active with all of our clients. Lastly, and this is the case with many sporting organizations - we want to work to
get and keep your business.  We do not want to be considered as an 'order taker.'  Rather, we want the personal
touch - whether you are a few blocks down from our office, or are across the country.

All orders are subject to acceptance by 1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL.

Returned check charge is $40

1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL does not assume any liability for delays or in failure to make delivery due
to conditions over which 1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL has no control.

Full payment is required with the placement of the order unless otherwise noted.  Delinquent accounts will incur a 2%   
monthly charge.

A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective items that are returned undamaged, unprinted and in the original  
packaging.  A higher fee will be charged for items which require repackaging and/or removal of price stickers.  1ST PLACE
SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL reserves the right to make a final determination as to whether an item has a
manufacturing defect and whether it will be repaired, replaced or credit issued.

Any shortages in shipments must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.  Please be prepared to provide 1ST PLACE SPORTS
EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL customer service representative with specific information on what was received including the
number of carton.  1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL can not be responsible for carton that are signed for but
not received.

All prices are subject to change without notice.  We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received.  In the
event of new federal or state taxes or legislation affecting the costs of items shown herein, 1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT
AND APPAREL reserves the right to increase prices proportionately.  All prices are subject to applicable taxes.  Merchandise
is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.  We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to
obtain supplies.

Some items do have a minimum order.  Orders under $50 may be subject to a $10 service charge.

Many product descriptions include the weight of the fabric indicated in ounces.  All weights included in product descriptions
are averages based on the color offering for that specific item.  Weights are provided to 1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND
APPAREL by the supplier.

Cancelled or refused orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.

Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.

WARNING:  Sliding into a baseball base is a clear and present danger and may cause severe injuries.

WARNING:  Football is a dangerous sport which may result in serious injuries or even death.  Although our equipment is
designed to help reduce the risk of such injuries, there is no guarantee that any injury will be prevented by the use of this
equipment.

1ST PLACE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL assumes no liability for injury or property damage resulting from the use of
its products.
